When you purchase your tickets with an audio guide to the Gallery of the Academy, you will receive two emails. The first is the confirmation of your purchase; the second contains instructions and a link to access your customer area, where you will find your audio guide and your museum tickets.
What documentation do I need to access the monument? +
Tickets to the Gallery of the Academy of Florence are not nominative, but if you have a combined visit that includes access to the Uffizi Gallery, you must provide personal details of all attendees and bring an original ID, as it is required for that museum.
Can I present my tickets in digital format? +
Yes, you may enter with the original digital ticket. Increase your screen brightness at the entrance and ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
Do children need tickets to enter the Gallery of the Academy of Florence? +
Minors enter the Gallery of the Academy for free, but they must still obtain a ticket to visit.
Can I change or cancel my tickets? +
No, once the reservation has been made, you cannot modify information such as name, date, or time of the visit, nor cancel it. Refunds are not possible. There are no exceptions, whether due to illness, COVID, work reasons, travel cancellations, etc., as established by the institution.
Once tickets have been purchased, THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF RETURN OR REFUND.
The only exception is if the monument itself closes without prior notice. If this occurs, you are entitled to a full refund, automatically processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal? +
No, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to Law 3/2014 of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for Consumer and User Protection, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. Article 103 states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to: (l) The provision of leisure services when the contract includes a specific date or period of execution.
Is it possible to eat inside the monument? +
No, eating or drinking in the Gallery of the Academy of Florence is not permitted in order to preserve the artworks. Only water in bottles of up to 500 ml is allowed.
Is there a cloakroom service at the monument? +
The museum does not have a cloakroom or storage area, so you must take this into account when planning your visit. Large backpacks or suitcases are not permitted; you must leave them at your accommodation or an external luggage storage service. Maximum accepted size: 40x30x18 cm.
Is the visit cancelled in case of rain? +
No, regardless of the weather, the visit can take place without any issue.
